Overall Opinions
The Avatars Gateway Guardians Slot certainly offers some new and interesting gameplay in comparison to a regular slot and once we had worked out the mechanics to this machine it’s actually a very straightforward release.
Given the limited paylines, this slot will probably offer more long term appeal to players who like the simpler more classic slots as with just the Hot Spot feature there aren’t too many special features to look forward too.
In our playtests, we did have some nice multiplied wins which resulted in bonus rounds well over 100x stake with a 25x multiplier being applied to a premium symbol making up most of the win but didn’t get close to the maximum 101x multiplier!
The main issue we had with this slot was a cosmetic one with how the segments are randomly created with each spin which detracted from the gameplay on a personal level for us, there is no way around this given the design of this machine, but to have 2 premium symbols tease a big win, and see no matching symbols on the outer segments detracted from the gameplay for us, the illusion that you might have been close to a big win simply isn’t there!
Overall worth a play if you are seeking something totally different from the norm, possibly not a long term slot but worth a few hundred spins to check out something totally new.
