Special Features
Hot Spot
The Hot Spot feature activates randomly in the base game, with an electrified section shown in the middle reels, landing 4 matching fighters in this section locks them in place, converts them to wilds and triggers re-spin of the reels.
Any further matching symbols that land on the reels during the re-spin are also then converted into wilds.
Free Spins
The free spins round is triggered by landing a full strip of matching fighter symbols on reels 1 and 6, you are then granted 5 spins of the reels where any of these 2 fighters that land in view are held in place until all of the spins have been used.
There are a number of special symbols which can add multipliers and extra symbols horizontally and diagonally to the reels also.
When all of the spins are finished the fighter with the highest score is then converted across all of these symbols and the win is paid.
Think of it like 5 re-spins with locking symbols and you’ll understand how this bonus round works.
Buffer Bonus
Landing a full strip of Bruce Buffer symbols on reels 1 and 6 triggers the special Buffer Bonus, you start this bonus round with just 3 re-spins of the reels, but every time a Buffer symbol lands on the reels this counter is reset back to 3 and will only finish after 3 spins with no new symbols landing in view.

Overall Opinions
We had an enjoyable session playing Its Time!! Slot managing to check out all of the features along with the special Buffer Bonus round a couple of times, the special features were interesting initially in terms of the Hot Spot and the way that you trigger the bonus rounds but we felt that all of the little touches just didn’t seem to trigger enough to make this slot really interesting to play.
For example, the multipliers that can be added during the bonus were extremely rare, I think we had a 2x multiplier once in our entire playtest over the day , the other special modifiers are also quite rare and almost seem like an afterthought, we really would have liked to see some sort of fighter progression for scoring more points integrated into this slot, as with just 5 spins the bonus rounds are over very quickly.
In our playtests, we did have some nice wins well over 100x and the bonus rounds did seem to be fairly consistent in awarding wins in the range of 20x to over 100x stake.
Overall though It’s Time felt like a bit of a missed opportunity with the special features just not impacting the gameplay as frequently as we would have hoped for, worth a try but probably not a long term slot you will be seeking out.
