Jungle Books Slot – Base Gameplay
The base game has a total of 3 different reel sets along with 5 different Jungle Book characters who all have a selection of different bonus features on offer, to the left of the slot is the Host spot and to the right is the Guest spot, when a guest visits or the reels change extra bonus features are added to the reels for several spins which is where the multitude of different combinations comes into play.
The Host features are active on every single spin, but the Guest features only come into play when at random another character comes to visit or the reels change over to a new Host, sounds confusing but in essence, it’s really quite easy to understand once you have played.
There is no main bonus feature on offer, instead, you have constant mini bonus modifiers applied in the base game, these include things such as Multipliers, Added Wilds, Re-Spins and much more depending on the active Host and Guest.
The biggest wins should come whilst a Host and Guest are both active as this is where the most extra features are added to your spins.

Overall Gameplay
Overall Thoughts
Jungle Books is visually superb release from Yggdrasil, the graphics and animated characters and the seamless transitions between the reel sets are all done superbly with some really nice touches as the Guests and Hosts enter and exit.
In our playtests we did find the overall gameplay somewhat lacking, there is a multitude of different mini-features on offer and potentially when the host and guest are both active there is some decent potential, these spins, however, are quite limited and you quickly return to normal “Host” mode only.
Overall this is a visually superb release with some really clever features but we found the gameplay to be somewhat underwhelming, one to check out for innovation but probably not a long-term go-to slot.
