King Tusk Slot – Stampeding Elephants and 3 Unique Free Spin Modes in this African themed slot from Microgaming.
32Red Casino has added the latest Microgaming slot to their casino titled King Tusk to their casino today which is an African Safari themed game with Elephants being the main focus of the game.
King Tusk uses a regular 5×3 reel layout and comes with 25 fixed paylines, the reels are heavily stacked with a variety of low and high paying symbols including the highest paying elephants, occasional wilds and scatter symbols on the just the middle three reels.
Whilst the base game is a fairly standard slot there is 1 special feature that can activate during a spin when King Tusk roars and a mystery wild causes a stampede of Elephants to charge down a random reel adding extra wilds to that reel.
Apart from this little base game feature, the main excitement on this slot is to be found in the free spins bonus, with a choice of 3 different free spins modes to choose from that include Dance, Stampede or Gone Wild modes that all offer a slightly different extra wild feature to the mix.
Check out the gameplay video below to see these different bonus features in action.

King Tusk Slot
King Tusk is a distinctively average slot release from Microgaming, in both graphics and gameplay and win potential.
In our playtests the slot appears to be on the low to medium side in terms of variance, so whilst the free spins rounds seem to trigger fairly frequently the end results were nothing to get excited about, in 8 different bonus rounds we did not manage to get a bonus round end result over 50x stake.
All of the free spins modes are interesting in theory but in reality, they just don’t seem to play out too well, certainly in our playtests.
If you are a fan of frequent bonuses then this may appeal, but there are plenty of better slots from Microgaming to be playing already.
