Kingdom of Legend – Bonus Features
The main bonus round, which we found incredibly hard to trigger in our playtests! is triggered by landing the Special Bonus Wheel symbols in adjacent positions on the reels, they must line up exactly for the bonus round to trigger.
Special Bonus symbols are present on reels 1,2,4, and 5 and it’s possible to trigger both at the same which would grant 2 separate bonus rounds, once triggered you are then transported to a special bonus wheel with a variety of free spins on offer along with “x Stake” style cash rewards.
Bonus Wheel Feature
The interesting part of this bonus round is that once you have played out your free spins/cash reward you then get further spins on the bonus wheel, this process continues until you land on the Collect section.
One of the special segments on the wheel is for the Super Spin wheel where prizes are guaranteed and can be as large as 1000x stake.
Free Spins
During the free spins round the wild symbols become lightning wilds, when they land on the reels they will turn several other symbols in nearby positions into wilds, landing several of these special wilds can quickly transform much of the slot into wild symbols.
Orc Feature
In the base game the Orc Feature may activate on any losing spin, he will jump in front of the reels and begin attacking the screen, the more times he attacks the greater the prize that can be awarded, with up to 500x stake rewards on offer and even the main bonus round trigger too.

Overall Thoughts
Kingdom of Legend comes with a 4/5 volatility rating from Greentube (Novomatic) and this seems fairly consistent with our playtests.
We found the main bonus round incredibly hard to trigger and somewhat frustrating with the epic tease spins that accompany it, the orc feature seems to trigger a lot more regularly and some of the rewards from it can be fairly decent too.
The graphics, sound effects, and particularly the soundtrack are all fairly decent for a Novomatic slot, but overall we felt this slot played out just a little too volatile for a 40 payline slot, and trust us, we love playing high variance slots!
